WGS 2017 Presents Sunday Brunch
Tamarind Hill
Chef of Tamarind Hill whipped a feast consisting of Foie Gras, Mussel Omelette and Phat Thai. Fabulous, especially the Foie Gras was unforgettable. The mango sauce complemented the savoury Foie Gras perfectly.
Bread
Bread was in between the cheese and olive oil table. Spoilt for choice.
Cheese
Presenting best of Italian and French Cheese at the Sunday Brunch. The crowd-pleaser has to go to the Raclette Cheese. My favourite is the Blue Cheese and the many other soft cheese but not the most popular one with the crowd.
Cold Cuts
The cold cuts presented were mainly Salami and Pastrami. And it has gorgeous Wagyu Beef slices for both the offerings.
Dolee
An amazing duck offering be it slices, drumstick or meatballs cooked in different flavours.
The Song of India
Street food of India were at their table. Food were delish.
IndoChine
An assortment of Thai Salad and comfort soup from IndoChine. A pity I was too full to try any from them.
Sunrice
Thai Dessert certainly is an attraction to most too.
Indo Cafe
One of the best Assam Laksa I had in Singapore surely goes to them.
Caviar
OMG!! Caviar!! I suppose this is the only occasion I could indulge in Caviar!!
Wine
With all the delicious food, there is no reason why wine should not be there. Red, White and even sparkling wine were available.
