Personally, I find it a great news that Mrs Pho @ VivoCity is now opened. I knew them when they started in Beach Road serving street-style authentic Vietnamese food and in particulary, Pho.
Following the success of the first, they have opened the second outlet in Rangoon Road, Mrs Pho House and this is the third.
At the VivoCity outlet, there are the ubiquitous Vietnamese dishes and outlet specific dishes as well.
Highlight From Mrs Pho @ VivoCity Menu
First and foremost, I highly recommend the must order Mrs Pho Cockles ($8.90). Stir-fried in generous amount of lard, the result is an addictive aromatic bowl of shellfish. You won’t regret ordering this even if you dislike cockles. You probably will be converted.
Tender flavourful Grilled Lemongrass Beef Sticks ($5.90) is the favourite dishe aside the cockle.
Refreshing Vietnamese salad of Prawn Crackers of Soc Trang ($2.90) is a dish of mainly onions, beef slices and handful of star fruit slices. Probably this will be the only onion dish I love. Somehow with the tangy dressing, it made a difference.
Mrs Pho Fried Spring Rolls ($3.90) is a safe choice, a popular choice among the diners.
Crowd favourite is the chewy Mamma’s Lucky Meatballs ($3.90).
The last bites to share, Mamma’s Chicken Ham ($4.90) is an outlet specific item.
Lightly flavoured Moc Noodle Soup ($9.90) is yet another dish that is only available at VivoCity, well suited for the light palate.
Beef Pho is always a crowd favourite, hence we recommend the Special Beef Combo Pho ($9.90) comprises beef slices and beef ball.
Spice lover will love the Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup ($8.90). The robust in flavour will satisfied the heavy palate diner.
Last but not least, don’t forget to order the Avocado Smoothie with a shot of Vietnamese Coffee. Two recommended drinks are Mrs Pho Summer Iced Tea ($3.90) and Saigon Salty Lemonade ($3.90).
At such a convenient location with such affordable pricing for such taste and quality, I will return to Mrs Pho @ VivoCity soon. I am sure I will be ordering the Mrs Pho’s Cockles, Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and the Avocado Smoothie with Vietnamese Coffee.
