A favorite cafe for both locals and tourist to satisfy our breakfast mornings! Sipping Coffee, having a pastry or freshly baked bread and sitting by the window enjoying the view of the neighborhood is just the perfect lifestyle anyone could ask for. Serving a range of french pastries and artisan breads with the freshest French flour and butter. Their croissants are highly raved and we could enjoy the French goodness right at our heartland neighborhood. Now it is time to reach out for their Blue Bell Breakfast with Tiong Bahru Bakery
The Bakery believes in not just selling coffee or bread but is about celebrating neighborhoods and blending local culture with the love for French baking. “Celebrating individuals, embracing the stories and transforming the living space for people around us.”
Blue Bell Breakfast with Tiong Bahru Bakery
Right after the recent #TiffanyxTBB collaboration ended, here is the next hike with their blue hues, Blue Bell Breakfast with Tiong Bahru Bakery.
Breakfast @ Tiffany’s
The all-day blue bell breakfast tray consists of blue pea flower latte, healthy granola mix specially blended by TBB paired with Greek yoghurt, and fresh blueberries, lemon curd muffin crowned with crumbles on top.
Available as a set (S$15) or Ala Carte which will be launched first at Eng Hoon Street on 17 September 2018, Monday.
The Antioxidant-rich set
Blue Bell Latte (S$6) concocted with hand-strained natural blue dye from real butterfly pea flowers, and organic coconut milk.
A lactose-free and caffeine-free drink that helps your body regain immunity as well as relieving your mind and body from stress. The butterfly pea flowers gave this drink its natural pastel blue color.
Due to its non-caffeine nature, we thought that it tasted slightly bland and light weight. We would prefer if there was a caffeine version that has a stronger scent to it.
Small Batch Granola (S$8.50) specially curated by TBB with organic cold-pressed coconut oil
Greek Tart yoghurt paired with berry compote and generous house blended granola mix in cold-pressed coconut oil. Granola mix consists of several rich antioxidants ingredients such as sunflower seeds, cashew nuts, almonds and cranberries.
This is definitely perfect for anytime of the day, be it a vitamin packed breakfast or a diet dinner. We love the berry and yoghurt pairing with the healthy mix of granola. It was so good that we hope there will be more yoghurt added! Surely a nutritious and healthy choice.
Fresh Blueberry and Lemon Curd Muffin (S$5.50) with crunchy crumbles on top
Softly baked from 100% fresh French flour and butter. Lemon curd infused muffin gives it its natural sourness, coupled with the fresh blueberries balancing it out.
We would prefer if the lemon curd was less sour though. Nevertheless, this is certainly worth a try. Love the real blueberries in there!
