One Farrer Hotel & Spa Christmas Feasting 2017 not only offers a range of Christmas dishes and in particularly desserts. Located above one of the many exits of of Farrer Park MRT stations is extremely accessible. However don’t be confused with the adjacent Park Hotel Farrer Park adjacent where we visited their Blue Jasmine Restaurant previously.
The 24 Hours restaurant on the ground floor of One Farrer Hotel & Spa, Escape Restaurant and Lounge hosted the Christmas buffet.

Highlights at this One Farrer Hotel & Spa Christmas Feasting 2017 is of course the Christmas Roast such as the Turkey, Honey Baked Ham with some Roasted Pumpkin.
The Turkey is Salt Baked.
Seafood Paella though has lots of seafood and flavourful rice, the rice is a little too soft.
When we think of Christmas desserts, a few food immediately comes in mind. Surely, the Christmas Log Cake, Minced Fruit Pie, Christmas Stollen and the classic Fruit Cakes.
Others Christmasy desserts such as the Pudding and Christmas Cookies are also part of the spread.
Something interesting that both the kids and adults will also enjoy is the DIY Gingerbread Man. Diners can choose either the boy or girl.
At this One Farrer Hotel & Spa Christmas Feasting 2017, there were 2 ‘Live’ station. First is the Pasta station.
The second is the Singapore Laksa.
Salad, Soups, Cold Cuts & Appetisers
Selection of Salad was abundant with many different choices such seaweed, crabstick and some Tofu Salad.
Garden Greens, Fruit Salad and even a Cesaer Salad counter were among the spread.
2 soups; an Fusion option, Herbal Turkey Soup and a Western version, Cream of Carrot.
A range of Cold Cuts; Ham, Smoked Salmon.
Medley of Seafood on Ice with Scallop, Oyster, Crayfish, Crab, Mussel and a shellfish.
Commonly at all buffet tables are Sushi and Sashimi, likewise at the Escape Restaurant & Lounge. The Sashimi is sliced only upon request so you won’t spot in on the table.
In addition, they offered Udon too.
Over at the Western spread, starting with Bread, about 5 different kinds were on the table.
Hard and Soft Cheese were available.
2 flavours of Pizza spotted.
Lastly a variety of Hot Western Dishes offered.
Local Delights Cum Chinese Dishes
For those interested in the Local and Chinese Dishes, lots of choices.
Chinese Roast Meat of 3 types of meat; Chicken, Duck and Pork Belly. Array of Hot Dishes.
Aside Seafood on Ice, there hot dishes such as Chilli Crayfish with Mantou and a Prawn item.
That’s not all. Dim Sum is also part of the spread with Bao, Steamed Glutinous Rice and some Fried Dim Sum too.
I counted 10 Indian dishes. I believe Escape Restaurant & Lounge has one of the most comprehensive spread of Indian food offered.
Should Christmas dessert couldn’t satisfy your sweet tooth craving, there are some mainstream desserts in a single fridge.
Irrestible Signature Durian Pengat, Gianduja Chocolate Tart, Strawberry Yuzu Roll & Griottine Rum Triffle.
Gorgeous looking Pineapple Mango Coconut Verrine and Jelly.
In the same fridge, you can also find equally tempting Brownies and Cheesecakes.
Even Chocolate Fondue was available at the One Farrer Hotel & Spa Christmas Feasting 2017.
Lastly, end the meal with either Coffee or Tea. For me, certainly it got to be Cappuccino.
Promotio period for the One Farrer Hotel & Spa Christmas Feasting 2017 is till 1 January 2018. Daily Lunch is at $62++ per person. Weekday dinner is at $75++ per person while on weekend, public holiday and Eve is at $78++ per person.
Diners were spoilt for choice. We couldn’t finish savour all items.
