Kang Kang Noodle began in 1936 as Tan Seng Kee Foods Pte Ltd (TSK) and ever since they have expanded offering an assortment of noodles option.
We tried them out and was pleasantly surprised that they do taste good. It really depend on one preference to the different types of noodles. In general, the Kang Kang Wholegrain Noodles are soft in texture and lightly chewy.
Our Recipe
This is a pure vegetarian recipe. If you prefer it with meat, you can add your favourite meat such as prawns, chicken, pork, beef and even crab.
Ingredients
100g Dou Miao
5 Mushroom, sliced
1 clove Garlic, chopped
1 packet Kang Kang Wholegrain Mee Tai Mak
Seasonings:
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
1 pinch Salt
Method
- Stir fried the chopped garlic and mushroom followed by dou miao
