For all who loves buffet, here is a good news! Sea & Blue Restaurant opened during August 2017 at basement 2 of Marina Bay Sands, below Punjab Grill offers over 100 items of spread. Diners are certainly lost for choice. And for opening celebration, there is even a 1-for-1 promotion.

The buffet restaurant is extremely huge with a maximum capacity of 350 diners, 10 hot and cold stations with 100 over dishes, 4 private rooms (4 to 12 guests) and a large conference room with projector and sound systems housing 50 people.

The interior is a nautical theme while food are Korean and Intercontinental. We are certain that diners will be spoiled for choice.

Korean Spread

First and foremost is the Korean Station, featuring an extensive selection. These Korean dishes are specially curated by an experienced Korean Chef.

Start with some Korean BBQ such as Bulogi Beef.

For the adventurous, go for the Korean Sundae.

Janchi Guksu both hot and cold are also at available.

Korean Pan Cake, Bibimbap and array of hot dishes and even street food such as Tteokbokki are also on the buffet spread.

Barbecue

Sirloin, Pork Ribs, sausages are part of the grill offering.

Seafood

Spread of the seafood is even more astounding. Beside the common found Mussels, and Prawns, diners are treated to premium items such as Oysters and also Baby squids.

And even Snow Crab and King Crab during dinner though.

3 types of Sashimi is also available. Along with Salmon and Tuna, the premium item Swordfish sashimi is available during dinner. 

Sushi

At the Sushi and Roll counter, this section is manned by a Japanese Chef who has vast experience in this particular cuisine. 

Over a dozen of sushi are available. The best part are the amount of rice are lesser. If you are lucky, you will be treated to the flaming act by the chef too.

Hot Dishes

Irresistible items are found at the hot dishes section. There are a handful of Chinese Roast meat.

Look, what we spotted?! The Suckling Pig!

To add on to the variety, a handful of Western hot dishes are offered too, scallop, salmon, just to name a few.

Even our local favourites such as Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab and Salted Egg Prawns might also be available. 

Pizza & Pasta

3 types of pizza on a rotational basis are part of the buffet spread too.

Alternatively, opt for the pasta with 2 different sauces each day.

Deep-Fried

OMG! Even the deep fried food have a station to themselves with almost a dozen of selection.

Salads + Fruit

Salads and Fruits are not on the buffet table as part of a complete diet.

Dessert Station

Dessert alone was a wonderful assortment, ranging from Traditional Korean dessert such as rice cake to crowd favourite Bingsu and cakes & pastries are available.

If you are looking for waffles, your craving will be satisfied. The texture is a little dense with a light crisp outer.

Fancy having your waffle with soft serve? Available too, though only vanilla option is present. A pity the soft serve is a little icy.

Beverages and Wine & Beer

Beverages alone has a devoted counter too; offering a medley of soft drinks, hot and cold drinks. If you are looking for wine & beer, they do offered but at an additional price.

Buffet Price and Promotion

For lunch during Monday to Friday, adult at $42++ per person, Child at $22++ per child. Over weekends and public holidays, adult at $63++ per person, each child at $26++.

While dinner during Monday to Thursday, per dult at $58++, per child at $26++. Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays, $69++ per adult and child remains at $26++. The definition of child is those with height 80cm to 130cm.

NAHMJ Verdict

Sea & Blue Buffet Restaurant is certainly a great place for anyone who loves buffet. In addition, with a rotational menu, guests will be in for a treat at each visit.
