Since the salted egg yolk crazed has claimed the shore. We are getting everything Salted Egg, as such there are quite some Salted Egg Snacks in Singapore as well.
Salted Egg Snacks In Singapore
Irvin Salted Egg
Available at Raffles Xchange B1 – Weekday 1100 to 1900; Leban HK Cafe 1700 to 0200 or order via online
Irvins Salted Egg snack is available in either Potato Chips or Fish Skin. We prefer the Fish Skin better. We felt that the Potato Chips was far too sweet. Both at $15 per bottle.
If the snack is not enough to fulfill the craving for salted egg, there is a salted egg sauce ($7.50) to satisfy craving.
The Golden Duck
Found at various location or order online from The Golden Duck
I got my share of The Golden Duck Salted Egg Potato Chips at basement 1 of Chinatown Point. It is a pop-up currently set opposite of Dough & Grains. This product is sold at several other locations. For the entire location listings, check at their website provided above.
The potato chips is also kind of sweetish but at least I could savour more of the salted egg and it has good amount of the salted egg crumbles too. Overall, it is decent and additive.

I have not tried the SianTan Frenzies Salted Egg Snacks yet. I heard that they have 3 products with salted egg. The yam, potato chip and fish crackers. Each retailing at $14 per bottle. I hope I could get my hold a bottle soon. And they also have the home made salted egg yolk sauce at $8 per bottle.

Rasa Sayang is another brand that offer the Salted Egg Snack. We only spotted the Salted Egg Fish Skin ($15/bot) at their pop-up at Takashimaya. Rasa Sayang doesn’t have a physical outlet, instead they sell via pop-up, website or phone.
The Salted Egg Fish Skin from Rasa Sayang is thin and crispy. The salted egg is on the sweet spectrum and though it is generous but not on every piece of the crispy fish skin.
Available at various pop-up
The salted egg snacks from Frenzies are available as Fish Skin, Potato Crisps, Tapioca Crisps and Yam Crisps. All are priced at $14 per bottle. We find the saltiness and sweetness of a pretty good balance.
Thinly crispy Potato Chips with good basil scent and mildly spicy. Best part is that it is lightly sweet, unlike some that has overpowering sweetness.

We have yet to try but spotted this Salted Egg Fish Skin at Bao Jin Tian Restaurant located at Somerset 313.
Will the salted egg craze fade away soon? It is difficult to forecast now. Though I know as many who are sick of the product, there are as many who are still eager seeking them.
Meanwhile, all I know is that these salted egg snacks in Singapore are extremely additives.
