Cosentino Asia’s First Dekton Ambassador Chef Andre Chiang is the first Asia ambassador for Dekton® starting March 2016.
Cosentino Asia’s First Dekton Ambassador Chef Andre Chiang restaurant, Restaurant André, clinched the no. 3 spot in 2016 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards, moving up two places from 2015. His restaurant is also officially rank No. 1 in the Best Restaurant in Singapore list for the 4th year, and comes in at No. 46 in the 2015 World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards list. The Taiwanese-born Chef Andre was trained in France before setting up his restaurant at the serene corner of Bukit Pasoh Road in Singapore.
Restaurant Andre was refurbished using Dekton by Cosentino Spring 2015 Collection namely Kelya, Keon and Galema which has an innovative ultra-thin surface. From the entrance to the heart of the restaurant, each Dekton material were handpicked by the chef. The sleek, clean lines and muted tones, Dekton® by Cosentino certainly injects elegance and sophistication to the chef’s creative kitchen.
To celebrate this special moment, Spanish Tapas spread was prepared by Chef Edward of My Little Spanish Place and lots of wine provided too.
And guest were charmed by Chef Andre’s special dish of the night too.
We have the honour to watch both Chef Andre and Chef Edward partnering in action.
It was so amazing. We marvelled at their partnering. And of course to mark as a memory for that significant night, we took the opportunity to have a photo with Chef Andre too.
