Barista Jam Cafe, in Sheung Wan, is another cafe I visited when I was in Hong Kong in July.
The cafe has a very industrial look and feel with benches table and some mixed-and-matched tables. There is a very simple menu in the cafe.
I felt like having Smoked Salmon Croissant that day but couldn’t find it on the menu but I still make an attempt to order and they do serve. After ordering, I noted Lemon Tart, I couldn’t resist so I went ahead to order one.
Barista Jam was generous with the amount of smoked salmon. The entire croissant was covered with Smoked Salmon, that was good. The croissant was accept though not excellent. Likewise for the Lemon Tart. It was a little too sweet. I prefer it to be a little more sourish. The coffee is pretty good with medium body and acidity, quite a balance one. It has a nutty and chocolaty hint.
The ambience in Barista Jam is great, I like it and they are serving good coffee and the service was great as well. A great cafe to drop by and hang out with friends.
