Thai cuisine is a popular selection among Singaporean. And when I got to know about Noodle Thai Thai Kitchen, serving authentic Thai food at Beach Road, I was delighted to give them a try.
Located along Beach Road, next to Good Old Days Bistro, though may not be the most convenient location served by the Downtown line (Bugis) and Circle line (Nicoll Highway), it is still manageable to get there with public transport.
Highlight From Noodle Thai Thai Kitchen Menu
Begin with some starters. Crowd-favourite Soft-Shell Crab with Mango Salad or Salted Egg to please all diners; depending on preference. I love both.
Grilled or deep-friend pork collar is a stable on Thai menu, at Noodle Thai Thai Kitchen, they offered addictive Thai Style Dry Pork (Pork Collar).
Next is a must, especially for diner who loves egg, Thai Crispy Omelette.
It was my first attempt of the Thai Style White Curry with Seafood. Personally, I find it light and not as aromatic as the red curry or even the green curry, but still flavourful enough to savour the herb and spice in the dish. White curry goes well with seafood.
Basil Minced Chicken Jade Noodles with Sous Vide Egg, a simple and wholesome dish.
Signature Jade Noodles with Flower Clams is one my favourite item at the restaurant. Intense basil aroma and clam favourite infused into the noodle. The result was extremely intense and tasty.
Khaosoi with Mee Pok (Northern Chiangmai Style), Mee Pok in Curry Chicken was an interesting dish and wasn’t too spicy.
Round-up the meal with the Mango Sticky Rice or other Thai dessert.
