Pince & Pints is a restaurant popular with seafood lovers and especially if you love lobsters. They have a highly focused menu, offering only lobsters previously. Presenting the brand new crab menu by Pince & Pints.

In this brand new crab menu by Pince & Pints, there are 4 items and a handful of non-crab dishes as well. We tried some of the highlights in this menu. The crab used in each dish is standardised at 500g to 600g, priced at $55.

New Crab Menu By Pince & Pints

Beginning with the Whole Grilled Crab ($55). If you like to savour the crustacean in its natural flavour and with some smokey hint, grilling is the best cooking method. By the side is the butter sauce which will leave you to crave for more.

The most favourable way to enjoy seafood is always steaming, hence the
Whole Steamed Crab in Egg White ($55) is on the menu. The crab sat on a moist fluffy egg white with fragrance chinese wine.

Singaporean favourite Whole Chilli Crab ($55) is not missing from the menu too. Enjoy it with deep-fried Mantou, exactly the way we love it.

For the rice lovers, you can turn to the Crabmeat Fried Rice ($18). Strong wok-hei can be savoured with generous amount of crabmeat.

In addition to the current lobster roll offering, Pince & Pints added Nonya Chilli Lobster Roll ($58) to the selection. Lightly spicy with the aromatic spice pair off the lobster.

NAHMJ Verdict

I love the new Crab menu by Pince & Pints which added a variety to the original menu and yet it does not stray away from their theme.
