Local seafood restaurant has opened a new outlet at ION Orchard, Singapore – Jumbo Seafood ION Orchard is the primary outlet along Singapore’s premium shopping center. Famous for its good quality live seafood, cooked with a Singaporean touch to its dishes. The award winner being; Chilli Crab with golden deep fried bun.
Alongside its new opening, the signature restaurant has created some outlet exclusives menu which includes Pao Fan, Cod Fish Otah in Coconut, Crispy Fried Cod Fish with Nyonya Sauce, Seafood Soup with bamboo pith in old cucumber and chilled braised 3 head abalone with Chef’s special sauce.

Love Chilli Crab but hate using your hands ? The restaurant has specially curated chilli crab bun!
Generous sweet and spicy chilli crab meat enclosed in the soft buttery bun, with crisp edges. Love the combination of this new creation. Getting to savour the goodness of crab all in one bite !

Fragrant Jasmine rice steeped in rich aromatic prawn broth (cooked with prawn shells simmering for hours)

A extravagant meal with the same rich prawn broth with Jasmine Rice.
Broth is thick and aromatic, rich with prawn infused flavour from the multiple hours of simmering prawn shells.
These are also chef recommended dishes so give it a try! Seafood are of the finest and freshest, quality assured.
Cod Fish Otah in Coconut ($16.80)
This may look like a regular Teochew porridge ingredient but it is really an eye opener!
We haven’t tasted otah like this, so fine and tasty. Aside from its signature seafood range, not forgetting our local delicacies outside seafood main courses.
Otah in coconut is an interestingly new creation, featuring cod fish ‘Otah’ served in coconut husk. the Cod fish chunks are visible within the Otah and this is the finest part of this dish. It too has a springy and thick texture to it. Infused with a slight coconut freshness enhanced the flavour of this local delight.
Chilli Crab Meat Sauce with sliced fried mantou ($16.80)
If looking for an easier alternative to Chilli Crab, they have it too! (Dim Sum)
Generous Sweet and Spicy Chilli Crab Meat Sauce paired with sliced, golden brown fried mantou.
The mini version and more diner friendly option as compared to the live Chilli Crab Dish that needs you to get your hands working.
However this is only on the dim sum menu and outlet exclusive as well. Its great that they came out with this easy option for diners whom just would like to enjoy the taste and signature dish without getting our fingers involved. So good right ?
