Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant is well known for both its Si Chuan and Cantonese menu since 1996. Their signatures includes the The Flambé Suckling Pig, nourishing double boiled soups and delicate hand-made dim sum. With professional Chinese Tea Masters equipped with Kung Fu and dance, they present customers the art of tea pouring during meals. Diners may look forward to select their choice of Chinese premium teas from more than 30 types of traditional teas from the Tian Fu Tea Room.
This isn’t our first visit to this amazing Chinese Restaurant. We love their Dim Sum Buffet and of course the many other dishes too.

Our Favorite from Si Chuan Dou Hua Grand Feast Menu
We are mesmerized by the following top picks from the set course;
Braised Fish Maw, Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Conpoy in Brown Broth
Firstly, we love to start off our meal with a soup that warms our tummies up. The individually served warm nutritious broth is extremely thick and rich, natural sweetness exudes from the premium sourced ingredients. We totally feel pampered!
Steamed Crab with Egg White and Umeshu
Secondly, for Crab lovers, be in for a feast and get ready to try a different style apart from our Singapore local signatures such as the Chilli Crab or the Black Pepper Crab. A healthy and light flavor, yet nourishing with the addition of our Traditional Chinese Wine, Umeshu. Due to its light flavor, the freshness of the steamed crab is greatly enhanced, perfectly complemented by silky smooth egg white.
Lemongrass Jelly with Fresh Fruit and Deep-fried Peanut Cake in “Teochew” Style
Last but not least, You would certainly like a satisfying dessert to mark the conclusion of the hearty meal. The refreshing Lemongrass Jelly with fresh citrus fruits, accompanied by the tasty dim sum – Deep-Fried Peanut Cake in “Teochew” Style certainly will not disappoint!
Finally, we recommend diners to dive straight into the piping hot peanut filled cake prior to enjoying the cool refreshing jelly!
NAHMJ Verdict
The Grand Feast truly feels like dining like a King! The wholesome dishes makes it suitable for all ages to enjoy. Hence, surely great for family gatherings and many other get together occasions.
