Burj Khalifa in Dubai standing at over 800 metres high is currently (in 2014) the world’s tallest building. It has an observation deck, On the Top, located at level 124. On a clear day, you will have a good view of the Burj Al Arab.
The entry to the observation deck is from Dubai Mall. From the entrance to the lift lobby is quite a distance. As I walked through the walkway, I viewed the exhbits telling the story of how the building was borned.
The lift will take me to the observation deck, On the top, at level 124 from ground floor within a minute. I got some ear pressure discomfort.
Viewing from the top, I saw traces of dessert. It is really amazing that Dubai is built on a desert. I saw a blurry Burj Al Arab as it wasn’t a sunny clear sky that day. On a clear day, the Burj Al Arab and maybe the Hotel Atlantis Dubai can be seen. Nevertheless, I walked round to enjoy the 360° view.
At the top, beside getting a view, there is a souvenir booth selling miniature Burj Khalifa, t-shirt and many more.
Before exiting for the lift, I spotted a gold vending machine.
After taking photos of the view from Burj Khalifa, I did some shopping in Dubai Mall.
The ticket to Burj Khalifa’s observation deck can be purchase over the its website.
